Bring Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness to Your Community

Live and Online Trainings in Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness

Webinars, Consultation Groups, and In-Person Trainings — Tailored to Your Needs

I offer live, online trainings and in-person workshops designed to help your team, organization, or community integrate Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness into their work. Whether you’re looking for a 90-minute webinar or an immersive in-person training, I create custom learning experiences to meet your needs.

Through engaging, interactive sessions, I’ll guide your group in:

  • Recognizing trauma in mindfulness practice
  • Learning how to create trauma-sensitive spaces
  • Developing practical tools to support students, clients, or communities

Organizations I’ve had the privilege to work with:

I’ve collaborated with teams across sectors—healthcare, education, tech, and beyond—to support trauma-informed mindfulness in real-world settings.

These sessions are known for being dynamic, grounded, and responsive, blending teaching with live dialogue and experiential practices.

People often say they leave feeling more confident, more connected to their work, and clearer about how to offer mindfulness in ways that are attuned to trauma and truly supportive for the people they serve.

One-to-One Mentorship and Guidance with David

I work privately with a small number of clients, offering highly personalized, one-to-one support. My approach integrates Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness (TSM) alongside Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Somatic Experiencing, weaving these modalities together to support both personal practice and professional application. All of my one-to-one work is done online, giving us the flexibility to meet from anywhere.

Whether you’re a practitioner, therapist, coach, or educator, these sessions offer:

  • A collaborative space to explore challenges and insights
  • Personalized strategies for integrating trauma-sensitive mindfulness
  • Practical tools to deepen your work and strengthen confidence

This is a chance to engage in deep, individualized work—whether for personal growth, specialized skill development, or advanced integration of trauma-sensitive mindfulness.
